Lawyers at master meeting in Kollen

Team spirit, mastery, and the joy of collaboration were the focus when approximately 30 employees from the Arntzen de Besche law firm gathered for an athletic summit at Holmenkollen National Arena. On this August day, the sharp-witted lawyers and their team experienced a very special kick-off to the autumn semester.

Bull Aktiv is behind the event. Experienced instructors ensure that all participants are challenged and cared for at an appropriate level. Over four hours, the group from Arntzen de Besche got to test themselves with:

• • Tangram and car pulling: who can make the pieces fall into place first?
  • Farmers Challenge: which team is fastest and most meticulous with heavy farm work?
  • Encrypted SUP: who solves the encrypted tasks without falling into the water?
  • Biathlon: who is the most accurate shooter?
  • Pursuit race: who keeps their spirits up and their head cool when stress levels peak in the final decisive exercise?

Lawyers in the leader's jersey. Through the exercises, everyone is reminded of how important communication and cooperation skills are to achieve a good result. Arntzen de Besche's values are teamwork, integrity, quality, and commitment. The lawyers take with them inspiration and collaboration techniques that will benefit clients and processes going forward.

 

When the firm is engaged in demanding negotiations, navigating complex transactions, and resolving difficult disputes, it's no disadvantage to have experienced what happens when you put on a race number. It's necessary to focus on the task and solve unforeseen problems along the way. The entire team must reach the finish line – with the best possible result.  

 

Reality. NRK's entertainment program "Mesternes mester" (Master of Masters) has been a public favorite for many seasons. The series has led to numerous variations among everything from sports teams to event agencies.
