Welcome to Kompani Bull Aktiv – Can you help Kompani Commander Marit Bjørgen?

Kompani Commander Marit Bjørgen is in trouble – her very best pair of skis has disappeared, and suspicion falls on the Swedes! Now she needs help from well-coordinated recruit teams who are ready to solve the mission and help her get the skis back in time. 

Through Kompani Bull Aktiv, participants are challenged in a series of tasks where collaboration, strategy, and mastery are central. The teams must work together to solve missions, tackle physical challenges, and keep a cool head under pressure. This is a unique team-building experience that combines excitement, collaboration, and competition in the spectacular surroundings of Holmenkollen. 

The activities and duration of the event can be adapted to suit your company's wishes. Here are some of the exercises participants will go through: 

Exercises in Kompani Bull Aktiv 

Rappelling – almost 60m of free fall ensures an airy and spectacular start after Marit Bjørgen has given the mission. Once on the ground, teams receive maps and further instructions. 
Green – Red light – here, it's crucial to make a good team plan to get as close as possible to the Swedes without being discovered. 
SUP Scavenger Hunt – who solves the riddles fastest and with the fewest trips across the pond, without falling into the water? 
Obstacle Course Coordination – an obstacle course that offers physical challenges, but even more crucial will be to be well-coordinated as a team. 
Pursuit Race – which team cracks the code and finds Marit Bjørgen's missing skis first? The team that reaches the finish line first wins Kompani Bull Aktiv!
